Gluten-free product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Eggs , potato starch, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (high oleic sunflower oil, cocoa butter, shea), glucose syrup, lactose- free skimmed milk powder 3%; humectant: glycerol; dextrose; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E475; flavourings, beetroot fibre; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; thickener: guar gum; salt; preservative: potassium sorbate.
The lactose content is less than 0.1 g per 100 g. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose .
Gluten free.
