-equipped with a special shoulder cuff with Velcro adjustment to control shoulder movement.

-glenohumeral joint instability;
-prevention of glenohumeral dislocations;
-previous glenohumeral dislocations;
-adjuvant in the recovery of axillary nerve stupor;
-recurrent glenohumeral dislocation;
-results of Latarjet surgery and shoulder arthroscopy;
-results of acromioclavicular dislocations of grade I or II according to Rockwood.
