m Melatonin: contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
- Passionflower–escholtzia: relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
- Melissa: mental well-being, normal mood.
Ingredients
Water, fluid extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts with flowers), glycerol, fluid extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial parts), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) titrated at 2% in rosmarinic acid, L-tryptophan, fluid extract of poppy (Papaver rhoeas L., flowers), calcium-D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.

How to use
Take 5 drops in the evening, just before bedtime, directly in the mouth or diluted in half a glass of water. Any sediment present does not affect the quality of the product. Shake well before use.
