It is recommended to take 10 ml (1 tablespoon) per day, pure or diluted in a glass of water.

Property
Manna is the sugar mannitol, secreted by the fraxinus ornus plant, and is an excellent laxative, very suitable for childhood, with a pleasant taste and very delicate action.
