Description
Food supplement based on probiotic microorganisms and melatonin.
The intake of probiotics is indicated to promote the balance of intestinal flora.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed).
Ingredients
Lactobacillus casei BGP93, Lactobacillus rhamnosus SP1, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, melatonin.
Gluten free.
How to use
Take 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a liquid, on an empty stomach before going to sleep.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
