Methionine and cystine are sulfur-containing amino acids that are part of keratin, the basic substance of hair structure.

Edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol (E422); millet fruit oil extract in wheat germ oil (Panicum miliaceum L.), L-cysteine in soya bean oil, L-methionine in soya bean oil, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), nettle leaf oil extract in wheat germ oil (Urtica dioica L.), zinc sulphate, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate); thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; copper sulphate, 30% beta-carotene in sunflower oil; emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin; colouring: iron oxide (E172); sodium selenite.

How to use
Three capsules a day to be swallowed with water: one after each meal, for at least two months.
