Description
It is a food supplement based on Melatonin. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time required to fall asleep.
Ingredients
per 1 tablet: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Melatonin 1 mg.
Naturally lactose free.
Gluten free.
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day. Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination. Sleep: to reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin.
Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation
