Tighten to the size of your wrist, placing the arrow in the desired opening of the bracelet. Leave to act for 10-15 minutes before going outdoors. If not in use, it is advisable to place it in the appropriate case and close hermetically, this will prolong the effectiveness of the bracelet. The plastic used for the bracelet is recyclable.
