L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), D-ribose, potassium bicarbonate.

Directions for use
1 sachet of L-ascorbic acid and D-ribose, plus one sachet of potassium bicarbonate dissolved together in 20 ml of water, once a day in the morning on an empty stomach.
1. Pour the content of the two sachets into 20 ml of water.
2. Do not stir with a metal spoon.
3. Wait for the effervescence to subside. Ready to ingest after 1 minute.
Warnings
Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
