Description
Reusable gel pack suitable for cold and hot use.
Cold: suitable for hematomas, sprains, traumas, hypothermia and in all cases where cryotherapy and the use of cold is needed.
Hot: lumbago, torticollis, rheumatism, hypothermia and in all cases where the application of heat is needed.
How to use
Cold: place in the freezer for at least two hours. Remove, insert the pack into the appropriate pouch or cloth and apply to the affected area.
Hot: immerse in boiling water for max 5 minutes. Remove, dry, insert the pack into the appropriate pouch or cloth and apply to the affected area. Place the pack in the microwave oven for a maximum of 1 minute, setting the temperature to 650 watts. Remove, insert the pack into the appropriate pouch or cloth and apply to the affected area.
Storage
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from heat sources, open flames or sparks.
Shelf life of unopened packaging: 60 months.
