Description
Food supplement based on lactase, fructo-oligosaccharides and fennel essential oil. Lactase improves the digestion of lactose in subjects who have difficulty digesting it, when taken with each meal containing lactose. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) promote the balance of intestinal flora. Fennel promotes digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.
Ingredients
Fructo-oligosaccharides; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lactase FCC 100,000 ALU/g (from Aspergillus oryzae); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; fennel oil (Foeniculum vulgare Mill. - aetheroleum).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules, one hour before each meal containing lactose. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a little liquid and should not be chewed under any circumstances. One capsule is useful for digesting the lactose contained in 350 ml of milk.
Warnings
Keep out of sight and reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose without medical advice. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more of the ingredients contained.
