Food supplement based on vitamins, minerals, plant extracts, and melatonin, containing in particular vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium, which contribute to protecting cells from oxidative stress, riboflavin and vitamin A, which help maintain normal vision, Bilberry and Ginkgo, which support microcirculation function, Reishi and Agaricus, useful for the body's natural defenses.
Finally, melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose, reishi (Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P. Karst., sporophore) powder and d.e., agaricus (Agaricus blazei Murrill, sporophore) powder and d.e., vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, coating agent: ethylcellulose), astaxanthin, lutein, beta-carotene, bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L., fruits) d.e. titrated to 25% in anthocyanidins, zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L., leaves) d.e. titrated to 24% in ginkgoflavoglycosides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, L-selenomethionine, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), riboflavin, melatonin.

Directions for use
Take one tablet daily, away from meals and preferably in the evening.
