Fructose, Bifidobacterium bifidum BB04, inulin, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA3, Bifidobacterium longum BL08, psyllium (Plantago psyllium L., husk) powder, L-glutamine, N-acetyl-glucosamine (derived from crustaceans), orange flavor; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi Macfad., seeds) e.s., apple pectin, uncaria (Uncaria tomentosa Wild. DC., bark) e.s., Roman wormwood (Artemisia absinthium L., tops) e.s., barberry (Berberis vulgaris L., root bark) powder, Lactobacillus bulgaricus BUL48.

It is recommended to take one level scoop of product per day dissolved in a glass of water, during or after a main meal.
