Description
Food supplement based on mineral salts, vitamins and other nutrients. Calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese and vitamins C, D and K are useful for promoting normal bone maintenance. Vitamin D promotes the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus and supports the normal function of the immune system; together with calcium, it contributes to the maintenance of muscle function and intervenes in cell division processes. Calcium also contributes to normal neurotransmission and blood coagulation and, together with phosphorus, supports energy metabolism. Finally, manganese contributes to the formation of connective tissues.

Ingredients
Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose*, gum arabic*, calcium glycerophosphate, magnesium oxide, calcium citrate, calcium gluconate, calcium lactate, (L-)lysine HCL or hydrochloride, soya (Glycine max) seed extract (titrated with 40% isoflavones), silicon dioxide**, potassium ascorbate, manganese gluconate, calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin**, zinc gluconate, sodium borate, vitamin E of vegetable origin (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide, inositol hexanicotinate), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper gluconate, lichen (Cladonia rangiferina) thallus extract (titrated with vitamin D3 cholecalciferol 100,000 IU/g), activated vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), activated vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin 5-phosphate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), activated folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), sodium selenite, vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), biotin, activated vitamin B12 (5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 7 tablets once or twice a day, at any time (7 to 14 tablets per day). Close carefully after use.
