Inulin; bulking agent: sorbitol; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavouring, niacin (nicotinamide), Limosilactobacillus reuteri DSM 25175, Lactobacillus rhamnosus DSM 25568; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 24937, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 stick pack per day dissolved in water, possibly on an empty stomach or 15 minutes before meals. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water, mix well and consume immediately after preparation.
