Description
Benefibra is a food supplement based on PHGG (partially hydrolyzed Guar gum) vegetable fiber with a high fiber content (5 g per daily dose), which promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
Green apple flavor.
Ingredients
Purified water, soluble fiber PHGG 8.3%, flavoring; stabilizers: maltitol, sorbitol; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifiers: citric acid; sweeteners: acesulfame K.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, preferably in the morning, for cycles of at least 4 weeks. It can be taken as is, with the addition of water, mixed with fruit juices or yogurt.
