Description
Food supplement based on ashwagandha, passionflower, holy basil, green tea and lavender. Ashwagandha contributes to mental well-being, passionflower promotes relaxation (sleep, in case of stress), and lavender contributes to a normal mood. Holy basil is a tonic-adaptogen and green tea is a tonic (for physical and mental fatigue).

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ashwagandha root d.e. (Withania somnifera L. Duna) tit. 5% withanolides, passionflower aerial part with flowers d.e. (Passiflora incarnata L.) tit. 4% flavonoids, holy basil herb d.e. (Ocimum tenuiflorum L.) tit. 2% ursolic acid, green tea leaves d.e. [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] tit. 40% L-theanine, lavender flowers e.o. (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large sip of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not consume if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by children under 18 years of age. Not to be consumed on an empty stomach.
