Description
High-concentration vitamin K2 supplement based on the active ingredient menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2 MK-7), indicated for promoting normal blood coagulation and maintaining normal bones.
Vitamin K2 MK-7, which is part of the vitamin K family, has been shown to positively influence the production of the osteocalcin protein, an agent that removes calcium from soft tissues and arteries and returns it to bone tissue. For this reason, it is more useful than vitamin K alone. Vitamin K2 has proven to be the ideal support for vitamin D3 activity.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
High-concentration vitamin K (menaquinone-7); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions for use
It has been suggested that the adequate intake of vitamin K is 90 mcg per day for women and 120 mcg per day for men.
The Ministry of Health allows a maximum dosage of 200 mcg per day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
