Description
CE Class I Medical Device.
The Conform 2 Convex With Adhesive plate is a medical device indicated for Colostomy, Ileostomy and Urostomy. Two-piece system for use with Conform 2 bags.
Square plate with rounded corners, dimensions approximately 100x100 mm, maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, for the benefit of comfort and adherence, against the risk of infiltrations. Convex profile, depth of approximately 4.5 mm, atraumatic, with an anatomically studied design for uniform pressure over the entire affected area. Can be cut to 13 mm, greater adaptability to irregular stomas. Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the center to the edges. FlexWear hydrocolloid, high resistance for greater duration in use, resistance to erosion, maintains its shape even in the presence of fluids and guarantees maximum protection in the peristomal area. Hollister synthetic adhesive, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion and improves safety in use. Transparent protective film with tab and cutting guide, to facilitate inspection of the hydrocolloid, preparation and application. Floating flange with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes the plate bag system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra thin, it allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Click" that confirms the closure of the coupling mechanism guarantees absolute safety.
Non-sterile. Single use. Latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP free.
Duration of use: it is recommended to keep the plate in place for 2 to 7 days.
