Ingredients
Whey protein, potassium citrate, L-isoleucine, ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline, taurine, L-tryptophan, cocoa.
Anti-caking agent: amorphous silica; sweetener: sucralose.
Contains a source of phenylalanine.
Contains soy lecithin.
Phenylalanine 10%.
Methionine 7%.
Isoleucine 15%.
Threonine 10%.
Histidine 7%.

How to use
Dissolve the powder in a quantity of liquid (water, tea, herbal tea) commensurate with the desired consistency.
The liquid must not exceed room temperature.
For better mixing it is preferable to use a blender.
Let it rest for a few minutes.
It is necessary to take the preparation slowly.
Quantity: considering that the average daily protein requirement is around 1 g/kg of ideal body weight, the maximum recommended intake (3 sachets) is 45 g which represents approximately 60% of the requirement of a 70 kg individual.
