Nutritional characteristics
How to use
The quantities of milk reported are indicative; the dosage may vary, following the pediatrician's indication, in relation to the infant's needs.
The reconstitution of Humana AT is 14% and is obtained by adding a level, unpressed measuring spoon of powder (approximately 4.7 g) to every 30 ml of water, preferably minimally mineralised like Humana Amorosa.
When preparing the food, carefully follow the instructions for use. Sterilize the bottle, teat and ring before each use. Prepare before each meal using only the measuring cup contained in the package and administer immediately. Do not reuse leftover milk. Inappropriate preparation and methods of use can be harmful to the health of the infant.
1) Boil the water, let it cool to 70°C (or heat Humana Amorosa water to 70°C) and pour it into the bottle.
2) Add the number of level, unpressed scoops of powder as directed in the table above.
3) Close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the powder.
4) Cool under running water up to approx. 37°C and check the temperature.
Do not heat in the microwave, risk of burns.
Warnings
Humana AT is suitable for use as the sole source of nutrition in the first 6 months of life and is suitable for feeding infants over 6 months of age as part of a diversified complementary diet. Humana AT is based on extensively hydrolyzed milk proteins (whey protein and casein) and is therefore indicated for feeding infants who are allergic to cow's milk proteins. Do not administer parenterally. Do not use in cases of lactose intolerance, galactosemia, glucose and galactose malabsorption.
To be used under medical supervision.
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants.
If breastfeeding is not sufficient or possible, after consulting the pediatrician, you can resort to formula milk. The beginning of weaning must occur only following the pediatrician's instructions. For proper dental hygiene, do not use the milk bottle as a pacifier.
Conservation
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Validity with intact packaging: 18 months.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, consume within 3 weeks.
