Biotin and selenium help keep hair in good condition. Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism. Riboflavin, zinc, copper help protect cells from oxidative stress. With black rice and prickly pear extracts.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: calcium phosphates, cellulose; blend of dry extracts of black rice and prickly pear [22% min. of Oryza sativa L., seeds and 8% min. of Opuntia ficus indica Mill., flowers] tit. at 4.5% min. in anthocyanins; glycine, L-glutamine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, N-acetyl-L-cysteine; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, glycerol; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; selenium-enriched yeast; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; nicotinic acid, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B2; colourings: E 132 aluminium lake, E 132; D-biotin.

Take one tablet a day to be swallowed with a little water after one of the main meals.
