Description
Food supplement consisting of a particular complex of soluble fibers (short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides, depolymerized Guar Fiber and Lemon Fiber), L-Tryptophan and Vitamin B6. Fructo-oligosaccharides are useful for the balance of intestinal bacterial flora, while Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Finally, Fisiomotil is enriched with NOPAL, a prickly pear extract, with an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system and promoting regular intestinal transit.

Fructo-oligosaccharides; Partially hydrolyzed guar fiber; Lemon fiber; Maltodextrin; Flavoring; Acidity regulator: citric acid; L-Tryptophan; Nopal (Opuntia ficus-indica Mill., cladodes) powder; Colorant: safflower extract; Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Sweeteners: sucralose, sodium saccharinate; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Contains no gluten or lactose.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day dissolved in a large glass of water.
It can also be taken for months, without interruptions (it is recommended to take it in cycles of at least 3-4 weeks).
