Water, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves eg, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves eg tit. 2% rosmarinic acid, melatonin, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 5 drops, 30 minutes before going to bed. It is recommended to take 5 drops as is or diluted in water, milk or another drink in the evening just before going to bed.
