Description
Food supplement.
Ashwagandha, jujube, lemon balm and Griffonia contribute to relaxation and mental well-being. Rhodiola, together with lemon balm and Griffonia, contribute to normal mood.
Valerian promotes relaxation.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep - the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
Purified water, glycerin, ashwagandha es (Withania somnifera Dunal – radix) tit. in withanolides, fructose, jujube es (Ziziphus jujuba Mil. – semen) tit. in jujubosides (triterpenic saponins), lemon balm es (Melissa officinalis L. – folium) tit. in rosmarinic acid, valerian es (Valeriana officinalis L. – radix) tit. in valerinic acids, polydextrose, rhodiola es (Rhodiola rosea L. – radix) tit. in rosavins and salidroside, flavouring, Griffonia es (Griffonia simplicifolia Baill. - semen), potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate (preservatives), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take up to 40 drops (2 ml) per day for adults and 20 drops (1 ml) per day for children. To aid relaxation, it is recommended to take the drops during the day; to promote restful sleep, take the product half an hour before bedtime. Disperse the drops in water. Shake the bottle well before use. Due to the presence of extracts, the product tends to settle to the bottom.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store at room temperature; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
