EYE DROPS

Description
A preservative- and phosphate-free ophthalmic medical device consisting of a slightly hypoosmolar, viscous, sterile solution with a physiological pH, based on hyaluronic acid and distilled witch hazel water. The high concentration of hyaluronic acid provides relief and increased hydration to the eyes, and, in the case of tear film alterations, restores its balance.
IRIVIST Eye Drops is indicated to protect and hydrate the ocular surface in case of redness, burning and eye fatigue in cases of:
- dry eye syndrome,
- environmental stress (dust, smog, allergens, smoke, air conditioning, environmental pollution),
- visual stress mainly due to prolonged use of electronic devices (computers, televisions, video terminals), intense studying, prolonged driving and tiredness.
IRIVIST Eye Drops is a refreshing solution also suitable for those who suffer from occasional dry eyes or poor tear production, providing relief and restoring daily well-being. The product can be administered while wearing contact lenses to improve application and comfort.

How to use
Instill 1-2 drops in each eye, 2-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.
- Break the safety seal on the bottle.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Gently squeeze the body of the container and instill 1/2 drop in each eye.
- The product is for single-patient use to avoid possible contamination.
- The product is compatible with contact lenses.

Components
Hyaluronic acid 0.4%, distilled Hamamelis virginiana water, sodium chloride, sodium citrate tribasic dihydrate, citric acid monohydrate, purified water.
It does not contain preservatives or phosphates.

Warnings
- The product is for ophthalmic use only, do not ingest or use otherwise than as directed.
- Once opened, the bottle can be closed with the appropriate cap and the residual contents must be used within 3 months to avoid possible contamination of the product.
- Before instillation, check that there is no residue on the dispenser hole. If there is, clean with a wet cloth and let a drop fall before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing end of the bottle.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even just one component of the formulation.
- If necessary, check with your optician to see if the eye drops are compatible with the contact lenses you are using.
- In case of adverse reactions during use, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- If necessary, consult your doctor for use in pediatric age and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Any administration of drugs and medical devices for ophthalmic use should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions.
- If you have a damaged ocular surface or cornea, consult your doctor.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- In the event of any complaint or serious incident relating to the device, the incident must be reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the user resides.

Conservation
Do not store above 30°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
