EYE DROPS

Description
A preservative- and phosphate-free ophthalmic medical device, consisting of a slightly hypoosmolar, viscous, sterile solution with a physiological pH, based on hyaluronic acid and distilled witch hazel water. The high concentration of hyaluronic acid provides relief and gives the eye greater hydration and, in case of alterations to the tear film, restores its balance.
IRIVIST Eye Drops are indicated to protect and hydrate the ocular surface in cases of redness, burning, and eye fatigue due to:
- dry eye syndrome,
- environmental stress (dust, smog, allergens, smoke, air conditioning, environmental pollution),
- visual stress mainly due to prolonged use of electronic devices (computers, televisions, video terminals), intense study, prolonged driving, and fatigue.
IRIVIST Eye Drops are a refreshing solution also indicated for those who suffer from occasional dry eyes or poor lacrimation, providing relief to the eyes and restoring daily well-being. The product can be administered while wearing contact lenses to improve application and comfort.

Instructions for use
Instill 1-2 drops per eye, 2-3 times a day or as directed by a physician.
- Open the aluminum pouch.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Separate the single-dose vial from the strip and open it by twisting the cap.
- Gently squeeze the body of the single-dose vial and instill 1-2 drops into each eye.
- After instillation, immediately close the vial and reuse the remaining content within the next 12 hours.
- Store unused vials in the aluminum pouch until the content is finished.
- The product in the vial is for single patient use to prevent possible contamination.
- The product is compatible with contact lenses.

Components
Hyaluronic acid 0.4%, distilled Hamamelis virginiana water, sodium chloride, tribasic sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid monohydrate, purified water.
Contains no preservatives or phosphates.

Warnings
- The product is for ophthalmic use only; do not ingest or use other than as directed.
- Once opened, the single-dose vial can be reclosed with its cap and the remaining content must be used within 12 hours to prevent possible contamination of the product.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- During instillation, do not touch the eye or other surfaces with the dispensing tip of the vial.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility with even a single component of the formulation.
- If necessary, check with your optician about the compatibility of the eye drops with the contact lenses you use.
- In case of adverse reactions during use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
- If necessary, consult a doctor for use in children and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Any administration of drugs and medical devices for ophthalmic use should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can assess possible interactions.
- In case of compromised ocular surface or damaged cornea, consult a doctor.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- In case of any complaint or serious incident related to the device, it is necessary to report the event to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the member state where the user resides.

Storage
Do not store above 30°C.
Shelf life in unopened package: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 12 hours.
