Gelatin, sunflower seed oil; humectant: E 422; Polypodium [Phlebodium aureum (L.) J. Sm., syn. Polypodium leucatomos Poir., leaf extract], lycopene, green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaf extract]; emulsifier: E 322; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), lutein; thickener: E 341; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), triglycerides; vitamin A (beta-carotene), grapevine (Vitis vinifera L., seed extract); emulsifier: E 901; colour: E 172; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), selenium (sodium selenite).
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning during sun exposure, starting at least 15 days before first exposure. The capsules should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Each capsule may contain up to 12.5 mg of EGCG. Do not consume if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are under 18. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours. During sun exposure, use a topical sunscreen suitable for your skin type.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
