Description
Powdered food supplement indicated to balance the daily lack of fiber with the dual purpose of providing intestinal bacteria with sufficient essential nutrients and regulating digestion.
In the presence of constipation, fibers increase the fecal volume, making the stool softer and thus facilitating its evacuation.
In the presence of diarrhea, however, fibers help thicken liquid feces thanks to their notable expansion capacity.
Product suitable for vegans.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
It is recommended to take one level scoop twice a day (2 doses of 5 g). If necessary, the dosage can be increased by one scoop per week, up to a maximum dosage of 5 scoops per day. Add the contents of one level scoop (5 g) to approximately 200 ml of liquid and stir until the powder has completely dissolved. The product can be added to drinks, soups or yogurt without altering the flavor and consistency.
Warnings
The product does not contain animal proteins, gluten, soy or lactose and is suitable for people intolerant to milk. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
