Multivitamin and multimineral supplement containing the main minerals required during pregnancy. Its special orosoluble sachet formulation allows for an adequate dosage of vitamins and minerals: B vitamin group, vitamin D, manganese, zinc, folate, iodine, magnesium, calcium, and iron.
Folic acid is a vitamin found in vegetables, fruit, legumes, and whole grains. Folic acid can be degraded due to cooking or interaction with certain elements. To perform its function, folic acid taken with the diet must be converted into its active form, 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate).
