Multivitamin and multimineral supplement whose formulation has been specifically designed to meet the needs of women preparing to become mothers.
NATALBEN Supra contains elements that, together with diet, contribute to the well-being of women during pregnancy. In particular, pregnancy significantly increases the need for folic acid. Folic acid is a vitamin found in vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. To perform its function, folic acid taken with the diet must be converted into its active form, 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate). NATALBEN Supra, already containing Quatrefolic 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), which is the active form of folic acid, ensures the necessary supply for the human body during cell division and tissue growth, which are particularly important during pregnancy.
In addition to 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), each NATALBEN Supra capsule contains the amount of minerals and vitamins in accordance with the nutrient reference values (NRVs).
Useful as a vitamin and mineral supplement in cases of:
– increased demand during pregnancy;
– insufficient dietary intake of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
Fish oil, ferric diphosphate, gelatin, humectant (sorbitol), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin and polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), humectant (glycerin), niacin, thickener (yellow beeswax), zinc oxide, vitamin B5, cupric sulfate, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, colorants (iron oxides), vitamin B2, vitamin B1, Quatrefolic [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], vitamin D3, potassium iodate, sodium selenite, and biotin.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
