Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-theanine 40% from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaf extract (contains 6% EGCG); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), talc.

How to use
1-2 tablets per day, with water, preferably away from meals.
Warnings
It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by minors under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet following a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
