Ingredients
Day capsule: dioscorea (Dioscorea opposita L. syn. Dioscorea opposita Thunb., rhizome) dry extract titrated to 6% in diosgenin, kudzu [Pueraria lobata (Willd.) DC., root] dry extract titrated to 40% in isoflavones, muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. (muira puama) cortex] dry extract E/D ratio 1:4; bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; Lactobacillus crispatus SP28 (100 billion CFU/g); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; shell: gelatin.
Night capsule: witch hazel (Hamamelis virginiana L., leaf) dry extract titrated to 5% in tannins, angelica [Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels., root] dry extract titrated to 1% in ligustilide, phycocyanin [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler, thallus], zinc (zinc gluconate); bulking agents: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; acidifier: citric acid; shell: gelatin.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take one day capsule in the morning with breakfast and one night capsule in the evening before going to bed.
