Gluten-free potato gnocchi, specifically formulated for celiac people.
The product comes in the traditional format, has a soft and full-bodied consistency, an intense yellow colour, and a delicate potato flavour.
How to use
The product should be poured into boiling salted water and drained as soon as the gnocchi float to the surface.
Season to taste.

Rehydrated potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavourings), corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: sorbic acid; flavouring: turmeric.
