Instructions for use
Take 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day before meals.
For internal use mixtures, excluding those listed below, we recommend the following dosage to be adapted to the individual patient depending on age, constitution, body build and individual sensitivity.
The indicated dose should be diluted in a small glass of water (approx. 30-40 cc.).
The use of lukewarm water makes the administration milder and is indicated for those who suffer from assimilation problems or intolerance to the products; in these cases, the preparations should also be taken on an empty stomach.
The minimum recommended quantity of any product is 20 drops once a day.
If possible, hold the last sip of the mixture in your mouth for 1-2 minutes before swallowing.
In case of chronic conditions, the mixtures should be taken for many months.

Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Detoxification crises:
- if it occurs, stop taking for 2-3 days, then resume at a reduced dosage, gradually increasing it. Detoxification crises are very rare because the mixtures are designed to perform gentle drainage and regeneration that respects organic cycles.
Combination of mixtures:
- do not take more than four different mixtures per day.
In complex conditions or chronic situations, at least three mixtures are usually combined as needed; see the technical data sheets for this. It is preferable not to take all products together, but to space them at least fifteen minutes apart. Do not take clear and dark mixtures simultaneously (meaning at the same time of intake).
Always start with the clear or transparent ones.

Storage
Store away from light and heat sources.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within one month.
