Characteristics
It has a calming and stabilizing effect on a wide range of stressful situations including nervousness, anxiety and stress resulting from fits of despair, big scares, hysteria, anguish and despair. Even less severe stressful situations.

How to use
- Internal use: take four drops directly under the tongue 4 or more times a day; in emergency cases four drops every 5 minutes. It is necessary to dilute the remedy if the person is sensitive to alcohol. The drops can also be added to a teaspoon of water. Hold the liquid in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. In case the person is unable to drink: rub a few drops of the concentrated remedy directly on the lips, behind the ears, on the wrists or on the anxiety point (of Chinese medicine) located in the hollow between the thumb and forefinger.
- External use: It has proven to be particularly effective when applied to bruises accompanied by swelling, sprains, scratches, insect bites, minor inflammation and cuts that are not too deep and particularly in reducing muscle stiffness, using it in the following way: apply by gently massaging the affected area. Repeat the application as often as necessary and continue the treatment for a short time after the condition improves.
It can be used alone or in combination with other Bach Flowers. It has also proven to be particularly effective when combined with other remedies and various therapeutic modalities, such as chiropractic, massage or dental care.

Components
Composed of the five flower remedies
- Impatiens: for impatience, irritability, agitation often accompanied by tension. These states can often give rise to muscle tension and pain;
- Clematis: for states of unconsciousness, sensation of detachment from reality, feeling of faintness and sensations of estrangement that often accompany trauma;
- Rock Rose: for states of terror, panic and hysteria;
- Cherry Plum: for fear of losing both physical and mental control;
- Star of Bethlehem: for both mental and physical trauma.
