How to use
Take 1-2 sachets per day with plenty of water.
Contraindications
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, pregnancy and under 12 years of age.
Warnings
The product contains creatine: in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) a doctor's opinion is necessary. The dyes present in the product may negatively affect the activity and attention of children. Keep out of reach of children. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation
Store in a cool (< 25°C) and dry place, away from heat sources. Do not consume after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
