Supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium glycerophosphate with added vitamins B1, B6, D3 and zinc that facilitate the absorption, bioavailability and permanence of magnesium in the body. In fact, magnesium bisglycinate, i.e. chelated with amino acids, makes magnesium particularly bioavailable as it uses the numerous amino acid transporters to be assimilated by the body.
