Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and natural extracts of lemon balm, California poppy and griffonia. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime); California poppy helps relax; griffonia helps maintain normal mood and promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves tit. 4% in rosmarinic acid, e.g. griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seeds tit. 20% in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), e.g. Californian wildflower (Eschscholzia californica) aerial parts tit. 0.3% protopine; capsule: animal gelatin; GABA (gamma-amino-butyric acid), melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.

1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water before going to bed.
