Description
Food supplement based on amino acids, guarana, vitamin C, zinc and selenium. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism. Zinc, vitamin C and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Guarana is useful for its tonic effects, especially in the presence of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance in cases of repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Creatine monohydrate, fructose, L-arginine, L-carnitine L-tartrate; acidifier: citric acid; beta-alanine, orange juice powder, taurine, flavouring, guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunt) seeds dry extract titrated at 8% caffeine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colourings: beetroot red, beta-carotene; PidoZinc zinc pidolate; sweetener: sucralose; L-methionine selenium.

How to use
