Food supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin and folic acid useful for providing an additional amount of these substances, in the presence of reduced dietary intake or increased need. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
