Griffonia is a woody plant common in humid tropical areas of Africa belonging to the legume family. The interest in griffonia seeds is mainly due to the presence of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a natural amino acid precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin.
Griffonia seeds promote a normal mood, control feelings of hunger, relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.

Griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] hydroalcoholic dry extract (3/8:1) tit. 20% 5-HTP (HPLC method), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate). Capsule of plant origin in hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Gluten-free.
