Description

Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and support bone health. Absolute WHEY, in addition to containing highly absorbable and soluble whey proteins, contains L-glutamine, an important amino acid for protein metabolism.

Directions for use
Pour two scoops (about 25 g) of powder per day into half a glass of water, milk, fruit juice or yogurt. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Warnings
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The total protein intake (diet plus supplement) should not exceed 1.5 g/day/kg body weight.
