Description
Food supplement of essential branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine), in a 2:1:1 ratio. Enriched with vitamins B1 and B6, which contribute to the proper functioning of energy metabolism. It is particularly suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride.
Does not contain gluten.

How to use
Take one or two tablets twice a day (30 minutes before training and 30 minutes after) with water.
