Food supplement of vitamin E and selenium.
D-alpha tocopherol (also called RRR-tocopherol) is the natural compound with the highest biological activity as vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Selenium is an essential trace element that performs an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals; it also contributes to normal spermatogenesis, the normal function of the immune system and thyroid, and the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
Ingredients
Bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl succinate), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium citrate), guaranteed organic selenium yeast (0.2%), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc and polyethylene glycol).
Does not contain gluten.

Directions for use
Take one quarter (¼) of a tablet daily with water during a meal.
