D-alpha tocopherol (also called RRR-tocopherol) is the natural compound with the greatest biological activity as vitamin E which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Selenium is an essential trace element that acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from free radicals; it also contributes to normal spermatogenesis, the normal function of the immune system and the thyroid, and the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
Ingredients
Bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl succinate), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium citrate), yeast with guaranteed content (0.2%) of organic selenium, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc and polyethylene glycol).
It does not contain gluten .

Take one quarter (¼) tablet daily with water during meals.
