Ingredients
Carnipure (L-carnitine tartrate 736 mg/capsule); bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; corn starch; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Gelatin capsule.

Does not contain gluten.

Instructions for use
Take one or two capsules daily with water during or after meals (breakfast and/or lunch). It is not recommended to take the product in the evening or before going to bed, as high doses can increase activity and alertness.
