Description
Food supplement of pure psyllium fiber useful for the regularity of intestinal transit, for the normal volume and consistency of feces, for the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates and for its prebiotic effect, in powder form.
Ingredients
Psyllium (ispagul) seed coats (Plantago ovata Forsk) in powder titrated 90% dietary fibre.
Contains: sesame, mustard, lupins and derivatives .
Gluten free.

How to use
Pour the contents of 3 level scoops (4.5 g) of powder into 200 ml of natural water, mix for a few seconds and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation is an indication of the high quality of the product. To adjust the consistency, you can add more water. With other foods (yogurt, milk, squeezed juice, fruit juice, smoothies or other) mix well and then drink one or two glasses of water.
