Sugar, water; dry extract of: shatavari [ Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm .] root, mandukparni ( Centella asiatica L .) herb; cardamom powder ( Elettaria cardamomum White et Mason .) seed; dry extract of: haritaki ( Terminalia chebula Retz .) fruit, valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L .) rhizoma, brahmi [ Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell ] herb, ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] root, bibhitaki ( Terminalia bellerica Roxb .) fruit, amalaki ( Phyllantus emblica L .) fruit, aragvadha ( Cassia fistula L .) fruit pulp; preservative: sodium benzoate; dry extract of: long pepper ( Piper longum L .) fruit, fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill .) fruit, vidarikand [ Pueraria tuberosa (Roxb. ex Willd.) How to use
Take 5 ml twice daily before meals.
