Kapha Tea
Description
Herbal tea blend, a stimulating and warming mix based on Ginger and spices.
Prepared for Kapha constitutions, for the spring season and to balance Kapha.
Ingredients
Ginger, Cloves, Pepper, Cardamom, Turmeric, Saffron.
How to use
Place one tea bag in a cup of boiling water and wait 5 minutes.
Add sweetener or lemon if desired.
Another delicious option is to place a tea bag in a cup of hot milk.
Each filter is sufficient for 1 or 2 cups of infusion.
Ayurveda recommends selecting personalized Vata, Pitta or Kapha type beverages according to the season or constitution. Choose your preferred beverage or one that aligns with the Dosha you wish to balance.
Storage
Store at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
