Description

-Griffonia: promotes normal mood and mental relaxation.
-Eschscholzia: helps relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
-Melatonin: useful for reducing the time required to fall asleep.
-Vitamin B6: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
-It also contains L-theanine and tryptophan.

Ingredients
California poppy flowering tops (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) dry extract titrated at 0.35% in protopine; L-theanine; L-tryptophan; corn starch; griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (Dc.) Baill.] dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-Htp; pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol; melatonin; bulking agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, cellulose; colorants: E171, E132.
